Cancellation Policy
*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*
A valid card and deposit are required to reserve all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the scheduled service total and are non-refundable.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice may transfer their deposit one time to a future appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or appointment changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) authorize A Touch of Good Karma Spa & Boutique to charge the remaining balance of the scheduled service to the card on file.
By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and authorizes any applicable cancellation or no-show charges to be processed using the card provided at booking.
